  • Client Data – Information, files, or materials provided by the client.
  • Deliverables – Outputs or results created as part of the agreed services.
  • Internal Tools – Proprietary software, workflows, systems, and technical resources used by MyDataAnnotation.com.
  • Final Deliverables – Completed outputs delivered after fulfillment of the Agreement.
  • Engagement – The defined scope of services agreed between the parties.
  • Services – Data annotation, processing, consulting, or related technical work.
  • External Resources – Third-party tools, libraries, or materials incorporated where necessary.

Provision of Services

Services are carried out in accordance with the scope, timeline, and milestones defined in the Agreement. We perform services using reasonable professional standards and operational care.

Completion timelines depend on timely cooperation, feedback, and provision of materials from the client.

Validity of Proposals and Scope

Service proposals remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days unless stated otherwise. If not accepted during that time, they may be updated or withdrawn.

Any additional services outside the original scope must be confirmed in writing.

Fees, Costs, and Taxes

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Third-party costs are billed separately
  • Approved expenses may be invoiced at actual cost
  • Clients are responsible for applicable taxes associated with the services

Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid within five (5) calendar days unless another payment arrangement is agreed in writing. Billing schedules may be based on milestones or project phases.

Late payments may affect service timelines.

Scope Adjustments

Any requested changes must be submitted in written form.

Minor modifications that do not significantly affect project cost or delivery may be accommodated without contract amendment. Substantial changes require a revised Agreement.

Revised proposals should be accepted within fourteen (14) working days.

Project Delays

If delays occur due to incomplete client information, missing approvals, or unavailable materials, delivery timelines will be extended accordingly.

Delays resulting from circumstances outside reasonable operational control may also require schedule adjustments.

Review and Approval Process

Deliverables are reviewed internally before submission.

Clients have seven (7) working days to review delivered work and request revisions within scope. If no feedback is provided, the deliverables may be considered accepted.

Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and lawful materials
  • Ensure supplied information does not violate third-party rights
  • Provide timely feedback and approvals
  • Review completed work for accuracy

Unless otherwise agreed, final approval responsibility remains with the client.

Attribution and Portfolio Reference

MyDataAnnotation.com may reference completed engagements in its internal records or portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Any reference will remain factual and appropriate.

Confidential Information

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the engagement.

This obligation does not apply to publicly available information or information obtained lawfully from independent sources.

Independent Service Provider

MyDataAnnotation.com operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms establishes employment, partnership, or joint ownership.

We may engage subcontractors where appropriate while remaining responsible for service delivery.

Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided without guarantees beyond those explicitly agreed. Financial liability is limited to the amount paid for the services involved.

Ownership and Usage of Deliverables

Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use the final deliverables as agreed.

All internal tools, workflows, and technical methods remain the property of MyDataAnnotation.com unless otherwise transferred in writing.

Support and Maintenance

Additional support services are provided only if separately agreed. Such services may be billed independently. Any warranty may not apply if deliverables are modified without authorization.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. The version published on MyDataAnnotation.com at the time of use will apply. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of any revisions.
